Qmail forwarding

Hi Everyone,

first ia have to say sorry for my damn bad English (normaly German)

I have some Questions and maybe somebody can help.

I set up da Qmail Server on BSD 6.1 wie dev.qmailrocks.org.
The server runs well, and ich added ALL the services under daemontools.

but.. now i have a Configuration Problem:

on the server there is one domain hosted. for example i call it example.com
I want, if a Message arrives for this Domain, and the Recipient is NOT local that the Message will be forwarded to another server.

If Recipient not local --> forward / relay

i think ich have to put something in .qmail or .qmail-default but idont know what !

the next question i have:

is it possible to forward messages for Users which have a local account to annother Server in the same domain ?

(these two servers are relay server)

The following thing must work:

if a Message arrives for the domain and the Recipient is local then Forward this Message to annother server (this is the second MX with pop3 etc)

if a Message arrives for the Domain and the Resipient is NOT local then forward this Message to annother internal server (exchange)

any Ideas where i have to put which configs ?
