I have configure a qmail relay server, but must a new domain be added to qms-config and generate a new qmail-scanner-queue.pl ?
Or are the enough to put the new domain in rcpthosts and smtproutes?

Hi,

Generally anything incoming will be scanned. If you add a domain to vpopmail, it will add the entry to rcpthosts. Any domain therefore will be scanned by qmail-scanner.

vpopmail is not installed on this server.

The server is only relay/backup server for others qmail mail servers and customers exchange server.

When i get a new domain, we only edit rcpthosts and smtproutes and reload the qmail automatically.
