I would like to limit certain accounts so that they can only receive internal email.
I have a number of 'email groups' (at least that is what Plesk calls them). One such group is allstaff@mydomain, when it receives an email it gets copied to everyone in that group. Problem is it is well known to staff and someone careless with it and now it is on a spam list. I could change the name of the account, but it will only happen again.
Does anyone know how to limit an account such that it only receives mail sent from a certain domain (or even certain email addresses)? Or if what I am asking is even possible?
I suppose an other option might be to setup a filter in spam assasin, but I don't know if this would pickup the email before it was forwarded to everyone.
