Steps to Migrate over to Exchange 2003

Hi all, I've worked with and loved qmail for years now but a decision has been made at the highest level to migrate away from qmail over to Exchange 2003.

What steps should I take to ensure that qmail gives me its best for the migration (like its always done). Is there a Linux tool that I can run that prepares it to ported over?

Perhaps you ought to migrate your bosss out and try again? It may be easier then what you're looking for. Now why go from a legally free, secure, stable mta to Exchange?
