This is a question concerning the nightly statistics generated by step 16 of the QMR installation.

Near the bottom of the nightly statistics, there is a section giving the reasons for failure of smtp sessions. In most cases, it is because the reply address is likely forged and therefore the account doesn't exist and my server is attempting to send a mail delivery failure to a non existent account. What I am wondering, is the list a complete list of all failures and new failures are added to the top of the list or is it a list of only the failures that have occurred in the last 24 hours? Below is an excerpt from the section:

Reasons for failure

One line per reason for delivery failure. Information on each line:
* del is the number of deliveries that ended for this reason.
* xdelay is the total xdelay on those deliveries.
