qmailmrtg ERROR

hi there,..
im using how to on qmailrocks.org to setup my mail server and it went greats..
my prblem is when i try to install qmailmrtg how to from the same site...i cant get the graph plotted.

all the libraries that reguired installed in rpm.
my box is fedora core 3

this is my error: please do help me

[root@localhost qmailstats]# /usr/bin/mrtg /var/www/html/qmailstats/qmail.mrtg.cfg
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR: Mrtg will most likely not work properly when the environment
variable LANG is set to UTF-8. Please run mrtg in an environment
where this is not the case. Try the following command to start:

env LANG=C /usr/bin/mrtg /var/www/html/qmailstats/qmail.mrtg.cfg

How about you try changing your command to the one suggested in the error?

i already did that command but than....
i still cant see anything comes out from the graph...

is there any documentation or how to that i can used.

after i enter this command:
env LANG=C /usr/bin/mrtg /var/www/html/qmailstats/qmail.mrtg.cfg

i didnt get any error, but still i cant see any graph plotted from my web browser

is there anything to do with apache configuration?
curently i used this command to configure my apache:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/httpd-2.0.54 --enable-mods-shared=all --enable-suexec --with-suexec-bin=/usr/local/httpd-2.0.54/bin/suexec --with-suexec-caller=www --with-suexec-userdir=htdocs --with-suexec-docroot=/ --with-suexec-uidmin=99 --with-suexec-gidmin=99 --with-suexec-logfile=/usr/local/httpd-2.0.54/logs/suexec_log --with-suexec-safepath=/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin

i tried using source for the gd,zlib,libpng library but still cant get the graph plotted.

hi all,
regarding my problem above what should i put in my crontab -e
is it
env LANG=C /usr/bin/mrtg /var/www/html/qmailstats/qmail.mrtg.cfg
or
/usr/bin/mrtg /var/www/html/qmailstats/qmail.mrtg.cfg (the problem ones)
and how do i upgrade my source version my current is qmailmrtg7-4.0.tar.gz
and i want to upgrade to the latest version.

ok....what is the URL that you are entering to get your qmailstats?

It should be something like http://<ipaddress of your web server>/qmailstats

What error do you get if any?

You really need to include as much information as possible if you want help!

Sorry to keep you waiting...
At last I found a solution...with my problem
tq for the advice I really appreciate it...

What I do is that I start the entire configuration back..
Using source instead rpm… don’t know suddenly thing get fine to me.
