I have install qmail on FreeBSD 5.1 step by step according to Qmailrocks.org Qmail Installation manual. Now I can send email with the SMTP auth. But I can also send email without passing the SMTP auth first.
How to disable the email sending that not passing SMTP auth?

Hi
Im no expert but i think that any user from the emaildomains you host can send emails. Whats important is that no "outsiders" can use your smtp. If you followed the guide then it would work that way.
I've followed the guide myself and i tested using my server as smtp for another email account i have .. if i dont set my email client to send auth to smtp i got error 5.5.3 (domain not found in rcphosts). then i tested the same but now with username and pass for smtp .. and it worked.
I think your safe.. try it out with another email account.
