When i'm trying to send message from any webmail server on my test qmail server account i'm receiving strange answer:
The original message was received at ...
from mail.myserver.com ...
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
test@mail.myserver.com
(reason: 354 go ahead)
----- Transcript of session follows -----
554 5.5.0 test@mail.myserver.com... Remote protocol error
----- Original message follows -----
...
It's hard to understand to me how "354 go ahead" can be the reason of the error.
When use "telnet mail.myserver.com 25" everything seems okay (and there is no errors when i use "openssl s_client -connect mail.myserver.com:25 -starttls smtp -crlf" ).
There is nothing strange in qmail-smtp log file, but in qms-events.log there is strings:
:------ START MSG 2005 ------
:CONNECT-SMTP:xxx.yyy.xxx.yyy
:SMTP-DROP
I didn't use qmailrocks distr, but use qmailrocks guide for configuration of my qmail server.
If somebody know the reason of this strange behavior please help me.
P.S. Sorry for my eanglish, it's not my native laguage.
