Instant email notification not working?

I have yet to receive email notification on a reply generated seemingly several hours ago from Donboy on this thread:

Any idea what might be happening?

I checked my email addr, and it appears to be valid.

Is there a vbulletin mechanism to auto-verify email transport?

Things seem to be working better now. I'm not sure why I had the above experience. Maybe I viewed the topic-thread without realizing it.
