Import mail from Exim?

I've upgraded to qmail and vpopmail, and I would like to somehow import my e-mail from my exim system.

They are stored as one big file, with all the e-mail in that one file. Is this possible?

That's MBOX format, I'm guessing.

Look around for "converting from mbox to maildir" or something similar.
