Spamassassin Doesn't work

:lol: Hi , I ' m Jube and I have just installed the qmail with suggestion for slackware 10.I install all package without error , but my spamassassin does't work.If I try to do ps aux I have :

spamd /usr/bin/spamd -x -u spamd -H /home/spamd -d --pidfile=/var/run/spamd/spamd.pid

And If I try to do the test I recive In my postmaster's box the e-mail but It's not TAGED with Spam.I check all file and all is well.

Suggestions ?

Hi,

AS above, installed according the QMR install. Something screws up with the mail spamassassin.

Anyone an id?


DETAILS

SLACK 10.1, with testing 2.6.10 kernel, updated packacges PHP 5.0.3, gcc3.4.3. further on basic install. Running on AMD Sempron 2400+, 512MB, 40GB (HDA) 160GB (HDB)

I have this same issue on two machines one is a slackware 10.1 install and the other is a heavily modified FC2 install.

Two suggestions:

1. Look at your logs. There could be errors and you'd never know if you don't look.
2. Go back and make sure that you REALLY did install spamassassin and qmailscanner correctly.
