I'm working up a list of packages, the sites that 'own' them, and where they can be downloaded from.

I have most of them already in place - what I'm looking for is a suggestion on how to handle it.

Should it be a downloadable file (from my web site), with a link here, should it be something the QMR should host, or should I just periodically post it here.

To keep things consistent, perhaps...

You should offer the link, pointing to the website with the latest, and caution the user that using the latest newest version may not work with the current "tested" setup using the versions as indicated.
