Problems with vqadmin

Hi

This is the first time i try to install qmail foloowing the instructions in qmailrocks

Everything was going all right until i tried to add a domain from vqadmin... When i click the add domain button i receive a blank page and the domain is not created...

does anybody have had thi problem before?

I am running slackware 10.0
