I don't geht the local root messages

I have created the alias as in the howto. It exists but I don't get any mail from root. What is wrong?

I have the same problem with no fix YET :(

All of my messages that should have been sent to root ended up piling up in my postmaster@domain.com email address ( the only reason they ended up there was because they were double bouncing because they could not be delivered to root@domain.com which they never should have been trying to email there, they should be trying to email to the email account listed in the alias file.

Im using freebsd 4.9 and i followed the guide. It seems that its just completely ignoring the aliases that i have setup.

Is there some other setting that need to be set for qmail to send to those aliases that i setup in ( /var/qmail/aliases/.qmail-*)
